    Nous prenons note de vos remarques que nous allons transférer au propriétaire. Concernant le chauffage, il y a une base au sol à l'Arcelle et les radiateurs de l'appartement sont des radiateurs d'appoint. Cet hiver, les résidences étant moins occupées, il fait effectivement un peu moins chaud que d'habitude dans les appartements et c'est la raison pour laquelle nous avons mis à disposition à l'entrée de l'agence des radiateurs bain d'huile. Concernant le micro-ondes, le propriétaire a fait le choix d'un four et n'a malheureusement pas la place d'ajouter un micro-ondes. Il est bien indiqué dans le descriptif que l'appartement est équipé d'un mini-four seulement.
