The apartment includes

• a bedroom with a bunk bed and storage,
• a bathroom with bathtub, sink and storage,
• a separate toilet,
• a fully equipped kitchen, with: a dishwasher, refrigerator,
traditional and Senseo coffee maker, a toaster, a traditional oven and a microwave,
• a living room area with two non-convertible sofas, a flat screen TV, non-functional fireplace
• a large balcony to enjoy the landscape

We inform you that:
- a deposit, by credit card imprint will be requested before your arrival by link

- the keys will be given to you on the day of your arrival between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. and collected before 9 a.m. on the day of your departure.

- the apartment is given to you clean, we ask you to return it in the same condition.

- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In the event of non-compliance with this strict clause of no smoking in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas, ??etc.), the penalty will be compensation corresponding to 50% of the amount of the deposit.

This compensation will be used for the sanitation of the apartment.
