Bodybuilding & fitness area :

It is composed of :

• 2 weight training / cardio-training rooms with bicycles, treadmills, rowing machines, elliptical machines...
• 1 free weights room with benches, weight presses, dumbbells and free bars
• 1 physical preparation room with trolleys, squat cage, battle rope, bench press, etc.
• 1 fitness room for group classes

After a great day on the slopes, treat yourself to a moment of relaxation, thanks to the benefits of alternating hot and cold on your body :

• 2 balneotherapy pools

• 1 hammam: the ultimate place for relaxation

The wellness area is open every day from 11.30am to 8.30pm
