Descriptionsuperb 47m² appartment for 4/6 people, opposite the shopping arcade, in the lively area of ??the resort, it is however not subject to nuisance because it is perfectly soundproofed.

The apartment has been renovated in a modern mountain style with noble materials such as wood and very high quality equipment. It has a closed veranda of 9 m2 which isolates and cuts outside noise.

it is composed of 3 rooms with a South West orientation.

The living room allows you to live and eat comfortably for 6 people.
- The sofa serves as a bed for 2 people (160x200cm).
- Open kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, refrigerator, filtering host, oven, microwave and fine crockery.
- a master bedroom with a double bed 160 cm x 200 cm and a bedroom with two bunk beds of 90 cm x 200 cm.

For your comfort, the beds will be made upon your arrival.

It also has two ski lockers and the ski slopes are about 50 m from the apartment.
In the entrance of the apartment, you have at your disposal a shoe and glove dryer for more comfort.

For any stay of 5 nights or more during the winter season, this apartment benefits from the following included services:

- a deposit, by credit card imprint will be requested before your arrival by link

- the keys will be given to you at the agency on the day of your arrival between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. and must be returned to the agency before 9 a.m. on the day of your departure.

- the apartment is given to you clean, we ask you to return it in the same condition.

- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In the event of non-compliance with this strict clause of no smoking in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas, ??etc.), the penalty will be compensation corresponding to 50% of the amount of the deposit.

This compensation will be used for the sanitation of the apartment.

Très bel appartement, très bien rénové, offrant un très bon confort. Le réglage du chauffage (trop chaud dans les chambres) est le seul point d'amélioration à signaler.
