It is located in a residence close to all amenities

the apartment is composed of:

- At the entrance, two bunk beds, storage, wardrobe and coat racks,
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- In the living room, a sofa, two coffee tables, a large flat screen,
- a kitchen open to the living room, equipped with an oven, a microwave, an island for eating with high chairs and storage underneath, a refrigerator, a dishwasher so that they are real holidays, a two-burner induction hob and plenty of storage space,
- a beautiful balcony with table and benches as well as two deck chairs, ideal for sunbathing, smoking or admiring the view.

For any stay of 5 nights or more during the winter season, this apartment benefits from the following included services:

- sheets, beds made, towels, beds made, a set of 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 cleaning kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), 6 LV tablets, 1 sponge, dishwashing product, 1 dishcloth, 1 garbage bag and multipurpose product) to start your stay.

- the apartment is given to you clean, we ask you to return it in the same condition.

- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In the event of non-compliance with this strict clause of no smoking in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas, ??etc.), the penalty will be compensation corresponding to 50% of the amount of the deposit.

This compensation will be used for the sanitation of the apartment.
