DescriptionApartment of 85m² with 2 double bedrooms (double bed) and 2 cabins for 2 sleepings (bunk or twin beds). Nobody sleeps in the living-room. There are 2 bathrooms (bathtub and shower) and 2 separate WC. The living-room has a South-side-balcony facing slopes. The kitchen is furnished with oven, hot plates, fridge, dishwasher, filter electric coffee machine and kitchenware.
All those apartments have been renovated recently.

End-of-stay-cleaning is not included: apartment has to be returned clean and tidy. Cleaning service is 300€ extra for this type of apartment (to be booked in advance at reception).
Portillo has a very strict anti-noise policy (fine from 300€ after 10pm, and expulsion can be required if recidive). It is a family-friendly-residence that requires silence at night. Thus, we are kindly asking the partying guests to respect our rules or stay elsewhere.
