Apartment of 23m² with either a double bed, either a sofa bed, either twin beds. Bathroom with bath, separated WC, living-room with a South-side-balcony facing slopes. kitchen furnished with oven, hot plates, fridge, dishwasher, filter electric coffee machine and kitchenware.
All those studios have been renovated recently.

Free WIFI.
Bed linen and towels included (refill is extra).
Security deposit from 300€ is required at check-in (card only).
End-of-stay-cleaning is not included: apartment has to be returned clean and tidy. Cleaning service is 100€ extra for this type of apartment (to be booked in advance at reception).

Portillo has a very strict anti-noise policy (fine from 300€ after 10pm, and expulsion can be required if recidive). We are a family-friendly-residence and require silence at night. Thus, we are kindly asking our partying guests to respect our rules or stay somewhere else.
