The LES NEVES residence is located at the top of the resort, in a lively area near bars and nightclubs, and it's situated across from the Péclet shopping center (supermarket, shops, restaurants). Ski access is just 50 meters away.

This lovely 25-square-meter studio on the 3rd floor was completely renovated in 2021. It features two bunk beds in the entrance, a bathroom with a toilet, a living space with a spacious and well-equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, and microwave), a high dining table with tall stools, a sofa bed (double bed), and a south-west-facing balcony that offers a beautiful view of the resort and the mountains of Val Thorens.

Please note that this is a lively area above the bars and nightclubs, which may not be suitable for families.
