The "LE ROC DE PECLET Residence" is located in the upper part of the station, right on the edge of the ski slopes and close to the Péclet shopping center. It is highly appreciated for its peaceful atmosphere. Please note that this residence does not have an elevator.

This studio apartment, with an area of approximately 24m2, is situated on the lower ground floor (ground-level with snow) and is facing southeast, offering easy access to the slopes via a wooden staircase. It is equipped with bunk beds in the entrance area, a pull-out bed in the living room, and a south-east-facing balcony. The kitchen, which is open to the main living area, is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and stovetop burners. The toilet is inside the bathroom.
