- bed linen, towels, beds made upon arrival, a set of 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, and a starter cleaning kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30 ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, dish soap, 1 cleaning cloth, 1 trash bag, and multi-purpose cleaner).
Please note the following:
- A security deposit of €1,600—held via a credit card pre-authorization (no actual charge)—will be required prior to your arrival through our partner, Swikly.
- Keys must be collected from the agency on your arrival day between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM and returned to the agency before 9:00 AM on your departure day.
- The apartment is handed over to you clean; we ask that you return it in the same condition.
- The apartment is strictly non-smoking: Failure to comply with this strict no-smoking policy (cigarettes, hookahs, etc.) will result in a penalty fee equal to 50% of the security deposit amount.
This fee will be used to deodorize and clean the apartment.
- Pets are not allowed.
