Marlène
I love taking the Funitel to get to the foot of the Péclet glacier at 2,945m in a few minutes. Whether it's just for the view, the Tête Ronde run, a simple blue run that's fun for the whole family, or the Cosmojet toboggan run, there's always a good reason to go up there. When I'm not in the mood for skiing, i go to the ice rink with my daughter! For the little ones, the Val Thorens skating rink provides modules to hold on to during the first skate strokes.
My favorite temptation is the snack at L'Alpen Art. Homemade and local pastries and real hot chocolate sitting comfortably on a cosy sofa... like at home. I also like to go up to the Chalet des 2 lacs ! Moreover, from the viewpoint overlooking the resort all along, you can enjoy a very good mulled wine at the end.
Lucie
Most of the time, you won't find me on skis but on a snowboard ! I love going on the slopes on my lunch break, that's ideal when you have an office ski in/ski out.
When it's my day off, I go to the 3 Vallées through the Col de la Chambre, where the view is amazing on both sides : Val Thorens and the other Valley. You can see the Mont Blanc, Europe's highest peak. I always stop to an altitude Chalet for a break and enjoy the view of the mountains. My advise: try the hot chocolat at the Chalet des 2 Lacs ;)
In Val Thorens, I love taking the Funitel Peclet after a big snow fall, the slopes are ideal for a good powder run.
My favourite slopes: Pluviomètre in Val Thorens at the end of the day to get back when the sun set. In the 3 Vallées, the slope Creux going to Courchevel, it's wide open and perfect to ride with an amazing landscape.
To end the day, nothing better than an "after ski" in a cozy place like the terrasse of the Fahrenheit 7, where you can enjoy a beautiful view at the sunset.

I am a real ski enthusiast. I love leaving early in the morning from Val Thorens to cross the 3 valleys. The little pleasure of the day: return by the Mont de la Chambre (my favorite view of Val Thorens) and descend by the Pluviometer track with the sunset.
My little taste pleasure: the cocktails at the new Marielle hotel on the snow front. Go there with your eyes closed.
If the atmosphere isn't skiing, I love doing kart sessions on the ice circuit. The sensations are really different from the classic circuits and the welcome and the atmosphere of the Ice Driving are really great!
