Val Thorens Reservation has implemented a secure payment system that allows you to complete transactions safely within minutes on our website.

We utilize the PAYZEN payment system, which includes the 3D Secure option in its solution. We place a strong emphasis on the security of our customers.

All your data and personal information are stored in an ultra-secure platform and environment to which Val Thorens Reservation does not have access.

With Val Thorens Reservation, you have the option to settle your stay or services through various means:

Credit Card: You can make a payment by credit card through your client portal on our website. We use the Payzen system to secure your online payment. After the payment is completed, you will receive your payment receipt.
Holiday Vouchers: Your stay is reserved for up to 5 days while we await your ANCV holiday vouchers by mail. Please send them via registered mail with a delivery confirmation. To facilitate the processing of holiday vouchers, kindly include the booking confirmation, which contains your reservation reference number.
Bank Transfer: Your stay is reserved for 5 days while we wait for your bank transfer to reach our bank account. In the transfer description, please provide your name and reservation reference number. For a quicker processing, please also send us proof of the transfer via email to the following address: reserver@valthorens.com.
Bank Check: Your stay is reserved for 5 days while we wait to receive your check. We recommend sending your check by postal mail with delivery confirmation. Make the check payable to Val Thorens Reservation. To expedite the processing of checks, please include the booking confirmation, which contains your reservation reference number.

When making a reservation, we require a 30% payment of the total amount of the stay, with the balance due 30 days before your arrival.
