How can I add additional services to my booking?
Would you like to add additional services, such as ski passes, ski lessons, parking places, ... to your booking? It's possible!
You can add those by going to 'my account' in your customer area, or by contacting us by phone, email, whatsapp.
Please note you can add those services until 7 days before your arrival.

Are animals allowed in my accommodation?
Animals are not always allowed in your accommodation. We invite you to read the full description of the accommodation. If animals are allowed, you will recognize it as it will be marked by a dog paw on the ad.
Should you have any doubts, please don't hesitate to contact us before confirming your booking.

In case of unforseen circumstances, how can I cancel my booking?
When making your booking, we kindly advise you to subscribe the cancellation insurance. The insurance cost is 4% of the accommodation amount. You have to subscribe the insurance before your first payment. Afterwards it cannot be added to your booking. Please find at the end of this page the clauses supported by the cancellation insurance.

In all cases, the booking fees €12 and the insurance cost (4% of the accommodation amount) may be retained.
Each cancellation request, must be made in writing (email or letter) to reserver@valthorens.com.
In the event of a cancellation (with cancellation insurance), we will ask you to provide a proof attached to your writing.

- Up to 60 days before your arrival date we retain 50 €
- Between 59 and 23 days before the arrival date, we retain 30% of the total sum of the holiday (equivalent to the deposit paid).
- Between 22 and 16 days before the arrival date: penalty of 50% of the total sum of the holiday
- Between 15 and 8 days before the arrival date: penalty of 75% of the total sum of the holiday
- Between 7 days and NO SHOW: penalty of 100% of the total sum of the holiday

What should I do in case of a late or delayed arrival?
In the event of a late/delayed arrival, please contact your accommodation as soon as possible in advance, preferably the latest on the day before your arrival. You will find the contact details of your accommodation provider on the voucher sent by email just after we have received the full payment of your booking.

How can I book my ski passes in Val Thorens?
Once you have booked your accommodation with us, Val Thorens Booking Center, you can add ski passes to your booking utill 7 days before arrival.
You can book two types of ski passes (from 2 till 14 days):
- Val Thorens/Orelle Area: 150 km of slopes
- 3 Valleys Area: 600 km of slopes
You can add ski passes while making your booking, but also afterwards through your customer area online. It's also possible to book them simply by giving us a phone call, WhatsApp text or mail.
Your ski passes will be delivered at the reception of your accommodation and you will receive them upon arrival.

What does the flake classification marked on the accommodation correspond to?
The apartments are visited and quoted according to the resort reference. The snowflakes (1 till 5) are available in bronze, silver or gold. This will guarantee a level of comfort, charm and service.

Is the accommodation I found online available?
The accommodations that emerge available from your search on our website, are bookable. All our available offers are in real time and you can book them directly on our website.
What are the opening hours of Val Thorens Booking Center?
During the Winter Season (end of November, beginning of May), we are open 7 days per week from 9AM -6PM. Outside the Winter Season, we are open from Monday till Friday with variable hours.
