If you want to come to Val Thorens by car, please find under our tips to have a smooth trip:
- Book your parking space in advance (at least 8 days before your arrival). You can book it by giving us a call, email, WhatsApp text.
- As the weather can be very unpredictable in the mountains, it's recommended (sometimes obliged when conditions are bad) to bring chains.

If you travel to Val Thorens by train, the closest train station is Moutiers-Salin-Les Bains. From there you can join Val Thorens by taxi or bus.

We are at your disposal if you have any questions relating to your transfer.

Our offices are located in the center of the resort, next to the Tourism Office, Place Caron.

Val Thorens Booking Center is an association with the aim of helping visitors to book stays in our resort. We work in close collaboration with the Tourism Office, the ski lifts company, accommodations, car parks, etc.

 

Once your booking had been fully paid, you will receive your voucher with the information regarding the pick up of your keys.
On your voucher you will find where (address) you can pick up your keys and the contact details. You will also find the pick up time.

Val Thorens is located in the heart of the 3 Valleys ski area, the largest ski area in the world.

Next to skiing, our resort offers many other activities that will delight young and old!

You can enjoy a ride on the longest sledge run in France (Cosmojet), snowshoeing and ski touring. We also propose more atypical activities, such as ice driving, karting, diving, moutain/snow biking, dog sledge, paragliding, ice rink...

At an altitude of 2300m, Val Thorens is a lively village offering pure fresh air, symbols of relaxation and getting fit.

Not far from the eternal snow, there are sparkling lakes, ragged crests and flower filled valleys… a unique place to benefit from the well-being of a holiday at altitude with modern sporty structures suitable for everyone.

Val Thorens is a nice resort, very accessible by foot. There are also free shuttle busses who connects the different districts of the resort.

The resort is divided into 6 districts:
- Grande Rue
- Soleil
- Slalom
- Les Balcons
- Plein Sud
- Lombarde
 

If you are coming with your children to Val Thorens and they are registered for ski lessons, we recommend you to book an accommodation located in Quartier Soleil (bottom part of the resort). Almost all ski schools (ESF, Prosneige, Ski Cool) and also the daycare are located there, which makes it easier for you to bring your children to the ski classes.

This Quartier is also very close to the beginners area, if you wish to learn to ski/snowboard without too much diffeculty, it's better to book an accommodation there.

However if you booked ski lessons through Evolution 2 or Oxygène ski school, we recommend you to book an accommodation in the Quartier Lombarde, which will be easier to reach for the ski lesson gatherings.

Val Thorens Booking Center offers the widest range of accommodations, ski passes, activities, parking spaces, ... in the resort.

We are located in the center of the resort and are regularly in contact with professionals. Our general knowledge of the resort puts us in pole position to give you a return on all your questions. We often pay visits to the accommodations which allow us to offer you accommodations that fit your needs.
