    Chauffage TRÈS insuffisant, il y a plus d'air froid qui rentre par les fenêtres que d'air chaud qui sort des vieux radiateurs. L''agence nous a prêté un chauffage d'appoint.

    Nous vous remercions pour votre retour que nous allons transmettre aux propriétaires de l'appartement dans un souci d'amélioration. Nous sommes toutefois surpris car ce sont des propriétaires qui occupent leur appartement 2 mois durant la saison d'hiver et qui font des rénovations et des réassorts très régulièrement. Concernant le chauffage nous rencontrons cet hiver une problématique nouvelle car les résidences sont très peu occupées et qu'il y fait plus froid qu'à l'accoutumé. C'est la raison pour laquelle nous sommes allés mettre le chauffage en route dans l'appartement la veille de votre arrivée. Nous notons que cela n'a pas suffit.
